Pulsz Casino Review: Coins, Eligibility and Redemption

Pulsz Review: Who Can Play and How Prizes Work

Contents

Pulsz is an identifiable US-only social casino with conditional prize features for eligible users—not a platform verified as safe or legal for everyone, and not a source of income. Gold Coins purchases are entertainment expenses, not withdrawable cash deposits. Participation outside the United States, including Russia, is prohibited by the operator’s terms.

The operator is Yellow Social Interactive Limited, a Gibraltar company numbered 119215, according to the Pulsz Terms of Use, version 5.2 dated September 1, 2026. The limited, revocable license to use virtual coins described there is not a government gambling license.

All information was checked October 13, 2026, using public operator documents and relevant primary sources. Document issue dates are distinguished from this review date; undated Help Center pages were checked on that date. We did not register, buy coins, play games, complete identity verification or submit a redemption request. This is a public-document review, not a personal payout test. No Pulsz affiliate signup link or promo code is offered here.

The evidence-based benefits are published terms, instructions for verification and several prize methods, and spending-control options. The important limitations are geographic restrictions, login-gated rules, unverified current redemption minimums and playthrough requirements, and processing estimates that are not guarantees.

Gold Coins vs. Sweeps Coins: what is the difference?

Gold Coins (GC) are for entertainment; Sweeps Coins (SC) support participation in prize promotions where available and permitted. An SC balance alone does not establish an unconditional right to a prize.

What to checkGold Coins (GC)Sweeps Coins (SC)
PurposeEntertainment-mode playParticipation in prize promotions under separate rules
Cash valueNontransferable and have no cash valuePrize eligibility depends on the applicable rules, mode and location
PurchasesBuying a coin package is an expense, not a cash depositDo not assume a fixed number of SC per USD spent
RedemptionGC are not a withdrawable cash balanceCheck the redeemable balance and the selected prize method’s conditions
Common misunderstandingTreating a purchase as funding a cash accountTreating the total balance as an automatic entitlement to a prize

Sections 2, 6 and 7 of the terms describe virtual coins as nontransferable and without cash value, while specific promotional contests and giveaways have their own rules. USD purchases are final, subject to applicable law.

No purchase is necessary for the relevant free-entry promotions. That does not establish legality in a particular state or eliminate every incidental expense: mail-in entry, for example, can involve postage. Official support also uses the name “Sweepstakes Coins” for SC.

Who is eligible, and which states are restricted?

Pulsz requires users to be over 21 years old, or meet a higher local minimum, and restricts participation outside the United States. Being in a state omitted from its restricted list does not establish legal permission to participate.

Sections 3.1, 3.4 and 3.5 of the terms list these 14 restricted states:

  • Washington
  • Idaho
  • Michigan
  • Montana
  • Nevada
  • Alabama
  • Tennessee
  • Connecticut
  • New York
  • West Virginia
  • Louisiana
  • Maryland
  • California
  • Arizona

The terms also identify promotion limitations in Mississippi, New Jersey, Indiana, Maine and Oklahoma. These are operator rules, not an approval from public authorities elsewhere. Do not bypass them with a VPN, a false address or misleading location information.

Indiana requires particular attention because its deadline has already passed. The operator’s Indiana notice says mail-in request codes stopped on May 4, 2026, and SC participation and redemption ended on June 22, 2026. After that deadline, SC expired and SC mode became unavailable. It is not an upcoming opportunity as of this review.

What does the Illinois regulator’s letter mean?

The Illinois Gaming Board raised a specific regulatory objection to Pulsz; its letter is not a court judgment or evidence that the matter has since been resolved. Illinois being absent from the operator’s restricted list should not be treated as permission to play.

The IGB letter dated February 4, 2026 refers to observations on January 9, 2026. It states the regulator’s position that Pulsz was neither licensed nor authorized to offer online gambling in Illinois and demands that the operator block Illinois residents or stop offering cash, gifts or prizes.

This authentic crop shows the English original’s date, addressee and subject—not the complete findings. Read the full one-page PDF for the regulator’s wording.

The letter does not establish a nationwide ban, eliminate possible legal remedies or confirm the current resolution of the dispute.

What free coins, minimums and playthrough rules are verified?

The public offer of 5000 Gold Coins is verified as operator advertising; the current SC welcome amount, redemption minimum and playthrough requirement are not. Do not treat 50 or 100 SC as an established minimum, or assume that Pulsz requires 1x playthrough.

The homepage advertised 5000 Gold Coins, daily rewards and extra coins with purchases when checked October 13, 2026. That is not cash, guaranteed SC or a verified economic benefit. Current referral amounts, a minimum purchase and an SC-per-USD exchange rate also remain unverified.

Eligible users should open the current Sweepstakes Rules before buying. Access required login during this review. Compare those rules with the information available in your account and redemption section:

  • Mode and state: Is SC mode available, and is participation permitted from your location?
  • Redeemable balance: How much is eligible for redemption? It may equal or be below the total SC balance.
  • Minimum by route: What threshold applies to the bank, Skrill or gift-card method you intend to use?
  • Playthrough and game contribution: Is playthrough required, which games count, and how does each game contribute?
  • Expiration: When do coins and offer conditions expire?
  • Fees and timing: What charges and processing terms apply to that specific route?

If a required condition is missing, request a written explanation through official support before making a purchase. A missing figure is not a reason to substitute a familiar number from another casino.

Free-entry routes may include daily offers, social-media promotions and an alternative method of entry (AMOE), including mail-in entry. Availability depends on eligibility and current rules. The mail-in crediting help page says crediting can take up to three months after envelopes are received because processing is manual and volume is high. This is the operator’s estimate, not our measurement or evidence of deliberate delay.

Obtain the mailing address, request code, required wording, SC award and any playthrough condition from the current rules—not an old review.

What games, live casino and mobile access does Pulsz offer?

Pulsz publishes a game catalog and officially describes live-streamed games with presenters or professional dealers. Claims that it has no live games are inconsistent with its current help pages.

The provider page lists Playson, BGaming, NetEnt, Evoplay and others; its marketing text also mentions Pragmatic Play. The homepage advertises more than 1000 games, but that is an operator claim, not an independent count. Individual game availability can vary.

The Pulsz Social Live Casino guide describes live-streamed games using GC and/or SC where available. For SC, check the mode in your account or lobby, location eligibility and applicable rules, as explained in the live SC availability guide. We did not verify an actual live session.

The mobile-access help page says browser access does not require an app download. Functionality can depend on the device, browser, location and game; feature parity across devices is not established here.

No sitewide return-to-player (RTP) figure is established in this review. The exact game variant and its RTP remain unverified; a general provider catalog cannot confirm the installed variant or answer whether the platform is legitimate.

Pulsz Bingo uses a separate domain and identifies the same operator in its own terms, version 3.2 dated September 1, 2026. A shared wallet, shared account and specific bingo variants were not verified.

How can eligible users redeem a prize?

Eligible users can follow the operator’s published bank-transfer, Skrill or gift-card instructions, subject to current account and state availability. These are documented paths, not observations from a tested account or internal cashier.

The interface labels below are reproduced exactly so that each action corresponds to the operator’s instructions.

MethodPublished pathWhat to check
Bank transfer through TrustlySelect Redeem → Redeem Cash Prize. Enter the amount under Bank Transfers, choose the preferred bank through Trustly, complete the official authentication flow, then select Confirm.Bank availability, minimum, fees and timing
Standard ACHUse the same cash-prize section, select Standard ACH, enter bank details, then select Confirm.Correct bank details and route-specific conditions
SkrillSelect Redeem Cash Prize, enter the amount under Skrill Wallet, then select Confirm.Help says this is available only after a previous Skrill purchase
Gift cardSelect Redeem → Redeem as Gift Card, choose the card and amount, then select Confirm.Available cards, amounts and usage restrictions

These paths come from the operator’s help pages for online banking, Skrill and gift cards, checked October 13, 2026. Current minimums and fees for these routes were not confirmed.

Do not buy coins merely to qualify for Skrill. Complete banking authentication only through the secure official flow—not in a support conversation or tracker. Never put passwords, one-time codes or card security codes into arbitrary messages.

What documents are required, and how long can redemption take?

The operator requests government-issued photo ID, a selfie and proof of residence; document review and prize processing are separate stages. Additional verification may be required.

The verification document guide says proof of residence must show your name, address and an issue date within the last three months. Upload documents through the official verification process. The KYC review outcome is communicated by email.

The timing guide usually allows 48–72 hours for document review. Redemption processing begins after verification, with a stated 1–5 business days for processing. These estimates are not our measured results and should not be added together as a guaranteed calendar deadline. Weekends, additional requests and the selected route can affect the wait.

The 90-day rule is not a promise to pay within 90 days. Under sections 6.11–6.12 of the terms, users have 90 days from request submission to provide requested information and complete necessary steps. A request pending for more than 90 days because of failure to meet requirements or another reason is automatically declined; coins return, and a new request is subject to the applicable terms.

A separate dormancy rule concerns 60 consecutive days without virtual-coin gameplay, after which virtual coins expire. It is not simply a rule about failing to log in.

How can you document a delay? A fictional tracker example

Use the Withdrawal Tracker as a manual log, not a payout predictor or proof of Pulsz reliability. The ToolsGambling withdrawal tracker lets you record dates while keeping pending requests separate.

Open the tool, choose the Withdrawal Tracker tab—not the estimator—and enter this fictional educational record:

FieldValue
CasinoDEMO-01

Both dates are manually entered in the same time zone: America/New_York, UTC−04:00. Select Add to tracker after filling out the fields.

This screenshot comes from a local demonstration of the tool, not a Pulsz payment or identity check. In the displayed date control, 10/12/2026 means October 12—not December 10.

Local tracker result showing the fictional Completed DEMO-01 record with six hours of elapsed time

The result is 6 hours, calculated from the manually entered 10:00 and 16:00 on the same date and in the same time zone. No rounding is needed. The 500 USD amount is not a Pulsz minimum, an SC-to-cash conversion or a measured payout.

Entries are stored locally in your browser. Do not store identity documents, account numbers or banking credentials. The tool neither contacts the operator nor verifies receipts or legality, and it does not predict future payouts.

Completed-only duration averages can omit requests that are still waiting. Keep pending requests separate rather than marking them completed to include them in statistics.

What should you do about a delay or dispute?

Preserve an accurate timeline and contact official support first; a delay alone proves neither fraud nor entitlement to an automatic refund. Keep the request date, method, amount and currency, ticket reference, document requests and operator responses.

Use the official support form. Describe the actual transaction accurately and ask which stage remains incomplete and what action is required. The number +14243717304, listed in the terms, is for payment queries only. We did not test support response times.

Section 16 of the terms contains binding individual arbitration, a class action waiver and conditions for opting out of the arbitration agreement. Read those provisions before committing. This review does not determine their enforceability in a particular dispute or replace legal advice.

When reading complaints, separate documented chronology from broad opinions. Without records, it may be impossible to distinguish verification delays, eligibility issues, payment-route problems or another dispute. No verified aggregate review rating is presented here.

How can you limit spending?

Set a budget for entertainment expenses, not anticipated income. Buying virtual coins is not an investment, regardless of possible prize promotions.

The Player Safety policy, version 2.1 dated June 23, 2025, allows users to request a daily GC purchase limit through support; it may not take effect immediately. Take a Break offers 7, 14 or 30 days, while self-exclusion has a minimum duration of six months. The operator describes reasonable efforts to apply self-exclusion across its company group, not guaranteed protection. Do not create new accounts or bypass restrictions. The self-check tool can support reflection on your habits, but it is not a diagnosis.

Are prizes taxable in the US?

In the US, prizes and awards are generally taxable, including the fair market value of noncash prizes, as explained in IRS Publication 525 for 2025. The IRS taxable-income page explains that income must be reported even when no tax form is received.

Those sources do not establish a particular Pulsz reporting form, a 2026 threshold or an automatic deduction for GC purchases. Seek advice appropriate to your tax year and residency; US rules should not be assumed to apply identically elsewhere.

Verdict: should you consider Pulsz?

Only an eligible US user who has checked the current rules should consider participating, with a budget they can afford to spend and realistic expectations about verification and delays. For residents outside the United States, including Russia, the terms exclude participation.

Pulsz has an identifiable operator, public help pages and documented prize methods. Those are useful evidence, but they do not justify a universal “safe,” “legal” or “pays reliably” conclusion. The current redemption minimum, playthrough requirement and SC welcome offer remain unverified here.

Before any purchase, confirm your mode and location eligibility, redeemable balance, route-specific minimum, playthrough and game contribution, expiration, fees and processing terms. If you cannot obtain those answers, do not replace them with advertising or someone else’s successful redemption story.
