BetUS Review: Bonuses, Rollover and Withdrawal Rules

BetUS reviewed: authorization, bonus obligations and payouts

Contents

BetUS has a documented operating history, but that does not establish authorization where you live or guarantee a withdrawal. Its bonus rules can create separate sports and casino obligations, and published payout times depend on approval, verification and the available payment method. For a new customer, a locally licensed operator is the more useful starting point for comparison—not an offshore account funded simply to test whether it pays.

This guide was checked on 13 October 2026 using the cited official pages and government documents. It is not a funded-account test: no deposit, support interaction or withdrawal was tested, and no current licence-register audit was completed. The important distinction is between what the documents say and what has been independently established.

When comparing BetUS with an operator licensed in your location, check the local regulator’s register, permitted products, complaint route, withdrawal terms, bonus restrictions and self-exclusion arrangements. A long history or a large advertised bonus does not answer those questions.

ToolsGambling may earn revenue through partner links. That commercial context is not evidence of operator authorization or payout performance, and this review does not claim a particular BetUS partnership.

What products and mobile access does BetUS offer?

BetUS publishes sportsbook, live betting, props, parlays, casino, poker and racebook offerings. Its official mobile guidance supports browser access, but the FAQ and mobile-page branding are not fully consistent about an app.

The sportsbook page describes the betting products, while the mobile page uses app branding. The official FAQ says there is no downloadable app and that app-store apps are not associated with BetUS. The practical approach is to access the official domain through a browser, not install an unofficial APK or use a mirror.

No logged-in account interface, live game count, provider availability or price benchmark was tested for this guide. Availability on a public page also does not establish that a product is permitted for your residence. Do not use a VPN to bypass restrictions.

Is BetUS authorized where you live?

BetUS’s operating history and offshore licence references do not establish local authorization. You need to check the rules for your actual residence and the relevant local regulator, especially in the United States, where state authorization matters.

The Michigan Gaming Control Board’s statement of 7 May 2025 described BetUS as founded in 1994 and based in Costa Rica. It characterized BetUS as holding a Mwali licence only, without Michigan authorization, and issued a cease and desist order. That is a dated agency characterization—not confirmation of a current licence number or present register entry.

The BetUS terms also contain differing jurisdiction references: Mwali in the preamble, the Netherlands Antilles in section 1.4 and Gibraltar in section 7.5. Those references do not independently establish a current licence. Uncertainty is not proof of fraud, but it is a reason not to treat the licence question as settled.

Three documented state actions are relevant:

StateDated official actionWhat it establishes
FloridaOn 3 February 2025, the FGCC announced cease and desist letters to BetUS and two other offshore operators.A documented Florida enforcement action, not a nationwide legal conclusion.
IllinoisOn 11 February 2025, the Illinois Gaming Board ordered BetUS to stop unlicensed sports wagering.A documented Illinois action, not proof of present compliance or an automatic refund entitlement.
MichiganOn 7 May 2025, the MGCB ordered BetUS to halt operations it described as illegal in Michigan. The agency’s position and action on that date, not a current licence-register audit.

Sources: Florida announcement, Illinois letter and the Michigan statement linked above. These are three documented actions, not an exhaustive list.

BetUS terms require customers to be at least 18 or meet a higher local minimum age. Many US regulated markets use 21, but the applicable local requirements govern. The operator’s willingness to accept an account is not a legal determination. Our guide to offshore sports betting and local legality explains that distinction.

For Russian Federation residents, the cited terms list account creation as available but prohibit card funding and exclude those residents from casino bonuses. This is not confirmation that participation is lawful under Russian law. The country list says August 2025 while the page footer says 11 March 2025, so the document has inconsistent dating; verify current eligibility rather than relying on the list alone.

What does the NEW200 bonus actually give you?

Under the NEW200 offer snapshot checked on 13 October 2026, a qualifying $100 deposit produces $100 in sports bonus credit and $100 in casino bonus credit—not $200 in withdrawable cash. The two bonus portions have separate conditions and cannot be treated as one unrestricted balance.

The official NEW200 page advertises a 100% sports match up to $500 and a 100% casino match up to $500 on the first three deposits, with a $50 minimum deposit and a 48-hour claim window. The example below uses one $100 deposit.

ComponentExample amountMain obligation
Deposit$100Remains subject to the applicable account and withdrawal conditions.
Sports bonus$10010 times deposit plus sports bonus: 10 × ($100 + $100) = $2,000 qualifying rollover credit.
Casino bonus$100First-stage wagering of 25 × $100 = $2,500, followed by a conditional second stage on the amount released.

The casino offer specifies 14 days, rather than the general seven-day expiry found elsewhere. An offer-specific term should be checked against the general rules before accepting the bonus. The $500 bonus cap is not a maximum cashout or a payment-method limit.

The detailed rollover help dated 16 July 2026 also describes a $1,000 casino bonus cashout limit. Its coverage of the exact offer and platform is not sufficiently clear to treat it as universal. Ask for written confirmation of the applicable maximum cashout, expiry and wallet rules. Russian Federation residents are excluded from casino bonuses under the cited terms.

How is sports rollover credit calculated?

BetUS’s detailed rules count the lower of the stake and potential net winnings after a bet is graded, rather than automatically counting the full stake. Baseball receives 50% credit, while pushes and cancelled bets receive none.

The 16 July 2026 detailed help and general rollover rules effective July 2026 do not describe eligibility identically. The shorter rule broadly refers to sports with half credit for baseball; the detailed help contains narrower exclusions. Confirm which rules govern your offer.

Bet or activityPublished treatment to check
Eligible full-game and half-game sports betsLower of stake and potential net winnings, subject to offer eligibility.
Baseball bets50% of otherwise qualifying rollover credit.
Quarters, props and futuresExcluded in the detailed help.
Pushes and cancelled betsNo qualifying rollover credit.
Casino wageringDoes not complete sports rollover.
Free Play wagersDo not count toward rollover under the detailed rule.

The detailed help also limits the amount considered to the first $2,000 per bet. Confirm the cap and its application to your offer; it is not a reason to increase stakes.

For the $2,000 requirement above, assume every bet is eligible, all prices are −110, there are no pushes or cancellations, and each cash bet risks $110 to win $100 net. Each graded bet contributes $100 because that is the lower amount.

  • 20 qualifying bets provide 20 × $100 = $2,000 credit.
  • Their actual stake volume is 20 × $110 = $2,200.
  • If all were eligible baseball bets with 50% credit, each would contribute $50. Completing the same requirement would take 40 bets and $4,400 in stake volume.

These are arithmetic examples, not a staking recommendation. They assume funds remain available to place every bet.

If each of the 20 bets had an arbitrary 50% chance of winning, the expected result per bet would be 0.5 × $100 − 0.5 × $110 = −$5. Across 20 bets, expected loss would be $100 before accounting for the bonus. This model ignores timing, stopping, variance and the possibility of running out of funds.

BetUS uses Free Play as a promotion label: the bonus stake is consumed, and only net winnings are credited. Under the detailed rollover rule, Free Play wagers do not count toward sportsbook rollover; any requirement to place qualifying cash bets is separate and must be checked in the offer’s terms. Because those terms vary, there is no universal sportsbook bonus expected-value figure. Opposing wagers, larger stakes and chasing losses are not shortcuts around these requirements.

Section 10.8 of the official terms caps SPECIAL Free Play payouts at five times the original credit: a $25 credit therefore has a baseline payout cap of $125. The 5x cashout cap applies to special FreePlay, not all bonuses or your entire balance; the 10–25x figures in section 10.8 are rollover requirements, not payout limits, and specific terms depend on the promotion. Clauses for converting amounts above a limit can require an additional deposit, 20× rollover within 10 days and a 10× cap, so no promise that a deposit will unlock the surplus is safe to rely on. Ask for a written explanation of which funds and cap apply, and do not deposit extra to release disputed winnings.

How does the two-stage casino rollover work?

The casino bonus has a first wagering stage and, if funds are released, a second real-money wagering stage. Completing the first stage does not necessarily make the resulting amount immediately withdrawable.

For NEW200, the first requirement is 25 × the $100 casino bonus, or $2,500. If $60 is then released into the cash balance and the offer requires a further 25 times that released amount, the second requirement is 25 × $60 = $1,500. Total wagering in that conditional example is $4,000—not a fixed 50 × $100.

There is no guarantee that $60, or any other balance, survives the first stage. General casino promotion rules describe a typical 30-times requirement unless an offer specifies otherwise; NEW200’s specific 25-times terms are the basis of this example.

To illustrate the cost, assume a hypothetical 96% RTP and 100% game contribution:

  • First-stage expected loss: $2,500 × 4% = $100.
  • Conditional second-stage expected loss: $1,500 × 4% = $60.

The 96% figure is an arithmetic assumption, not a verified BetUS game RTP. These are long-run averages, not a cashout forecast, a stopping model or a prediction of what an individual session will leave.

Game contribution changes the wagering volume required. At 10% contribution, earning $2,500 of credit would require $25,000 in stakes. That does not establish that any particular table game is eligible.

The published rules contain a material conflict: general bonus rules exclude live games, pontoon, craps, roulette and poker, while a Nucleus weighted table lists 5% contribution for roulette and pontoon. A weighting does not override an exclusion. Obtain written clarification identifying your offer, casino platform, game and wagering stage before relying on that table.

How can you model the casino requirement with the calculator?

Use the wagering calculator to model one casino stage at a time, with explicitly chosen assumptions. It cannot read your BetUS balance, chain the stages automatically or verify eligibility and withdrawal approval.

Open the pre-filled wagering calculator and use these inputs:

InputValueMeaning
Bonus typeFixed BonusA fixed bonus amount rather than a percentage-match calculation.
Bonus amount$100The casino bonus only, not the sports bonus or combined wallet.
Rollover multiple25The first-stage NEW200 example.
Wagering baseBonusApply the multiple to the bonus alone.
Game typeSlotsA model category, not confirmation that every slot is eligible.
Game contribution100%Assumes full qualifying credit.
RTP96%Hypothetical, not a verified BetUS RTP.
Maximum bet$5A model input, not a verified operator limit.
Bet size$1Used to estimate the number of spins.
Expiry14 daysThe specific NEW200 term in the cited snapshot.

Wagering calculator inputs for a fixed 100-dollar bonus, 25-times rollover and hypothetical 96% RTP

One-stage model inputs: fixed bonus $100, multiple 25, bonus base, slots, 100% contribution, assumed 96% RTP, model maximum bet $5, bet size $1 and 14-day expiry. The maximum bet is not a verified BetUS limit.

The result is $2,500 required wagering, $100 modeled expected loss and $0 modeled bonus EV. Here, EV means bonus amount minus modeled loss: $100 − $100 = $0. It is not a withdrawable balance.

At $1 per spin, the volume corresponds to 2,500 spins. At a hypothetical 600 spins per hour, that is about 4.2 hours. This pace is not an observed play rate or a recommendation to complete the requirement quickly.

Wagering calculator results showing 2,500 dollars of wagering, 100 dollars expected loss and zero modeled bonus EV

Results for the same one-stage inputs: $2,500 wagering, $100 modeled expected loss and $0 bonus EV. These figures do not predict a final balance or payout.

To model the separate conditional stage, change the fixed amount to $60, retain a multiple of 25 and keep the base set to bonus as a numerical proxy for the released amount. The result is $1,500 required wagering. This is a separate calculation, not automatic modeling of the transition between balances.

Do not interpret a probability gauge as your personal chance of completing the bonus. The calculator does not check KYC, guarantee payout or reproduce BetUS’s sports rule based on the lower of stake and potential net winnings. Our wagering requirements guide explains the calculation bases. The RTP directory can help locate a provider-game theoretical figure, but the operator’s game variant must still be checked in its own rules; no BetUS game RTP is confirmed here.

What withdrawal limits and delays are published?

BetUS publishes approximate method-specific limits and delivery estimates, but they are not unconditional payout promises. Approval time is separate from delivery time, and availability must be confirmed in the cashier.

The following figures come from the withdrawal-limit help dated 15 May 2026:

MethodApproximate minimumPublished approximate maximumPublished timingFee qualification
Cryptocurrency$50$5,000+24–48 hours after approvalListed as having no banking fees; network, wallet or currency-conversion costs may still apply.
Cards$50$3,0003–5 business daysConfirm method fees and whether card withdrawals are available.
E-wallets$50$3,0001–3 business daysConfirm the available wallet and fees.
Bank transfer$100$5,000+5–10 business daysConfirm bank, intermediary and conversion costs.

These are not established daily, weekly or monthly ceilings. The help page also contains a general daily range that does not align neatly with its higher cryptocurrency table and says limits can vary by bonus. Get the applicable limit in writing for the proposed request.

The general $10 withdrawal minimum in the terms does not make $10 the effective minimum for every method. Likewise, a bonus cashout cap, method maximum and account balance are different constraints.

Card availability is particularly uncertain: other official help describes cards as deposit-only, while the table lists card payouts. Confirm the actual option rather than assuming a refund to the depositing card is available.

The terms also specify a 72-hour hold after a card deposit and one-times wagering of a deposit without a bonus. Declining a bonus therefore does not necessarily make a deposit immediately withdrawable. Method fees and fees connected with the first three card deposits are mentioned without amounts established here.

KYC can require identification, verification of cards used and additional checks. Completing it is not automatic payout approval. Use an approved secure document-upload route and ask which information may be redacted. Never send a password, CVV, seed phrase or authentication code in email or chat.

Cryptocurrency is not anonymous account access or guaranteed instant payment. Check the address, network, fees and any exchange-rate implications before confirming. Under section 8.13, a transfer cannot be reversed once broadcast.

How should an existing customer request and document a withdrawal?

An existing customer should verify eligibility and all balance restrictions before requesting a payout, then retain a complete record of the request. The navigation below comes from official documentation, not an observed logged-in account.

The payout instructions dated 11 May 2026 direct customers to My Account or myBetUS, then Request Payout.

  1. Confirm that your actual residence and age meet the applicable rules. Use only your own single account; do not attempt a VPN workaround.
  2. Check which balance is cash, sports bonus or casino bonus, and whether unsettled bets affect the available amount.
  3. Check every applicable rollover stage, expiry, bonus cashout cap, KYC requirement and card-deposit hold.
  4. Confirm the available method, its minimum and maximum, fees and recipient details. For cryptocurrency, verify both network and address.
  5. Submit requested documents only through an approved secure channel. Ask about permitted redactions before uploading.
  6. Review the amount and method details before confirming Request Payout.
  7. Save the request identifier, submission time, amount, method, confirmation and a dated copy of the terms used.

For a delay, ask what exact condition remains unresolved instead of assuming that every wait is ordinary processing.

These are troubleshooting categories, not claimed account-interface status labels.

Official help lists custhelp@BetUS.com.pa and +1-888-512-3887. Contact availability does not establish a guaranteed response time. Do not deposit new money to “free” disputed winnings.

If the issue remains unresolved, assemble a complaint packet containing the offer snapshot, applicable terms, request records, payment evidence, correspondence and a concise timeline. Use the reporting or complaint route published by the relevant local regulator; the agencies linked earlier are primary sources for their respective actions. Filing a report does not guarantee a refund, agency intervention or any particular court outcome.

How should you compare odds and use the converter?

Compare prices only when the underlying bet is identical: the same line, market, period and overtime rules. The −110 example below illustrates pricing mechanics; it is not a sampled BetUS line or evidence that BetUS always uses that price.

At −110, the exact decimal equivalent is 1.9090909, and the implied break-even probability is 52.38095%. Two mutually exclusive outcomes both priced at −110 produce an overround of 4.7619%. That overround is distinct from the expected loss per stake.

If your true winning probability were 50%, staking $110 to win $100 would produce expected loss of $5, or 4.54545% of the stake. The 50% probability is an assumption, not an assessment of any actual bet.

Open the odds converter with −110 and a $110 stake. Select Moneyline as the input format, enter −110, and use 110 as the stake.

Odds converter showing Moneyline minus 110 with a 110-dollar stake and rounded return figures

For Moneyline −110 and a $110 stake, the converter displays $209.99 gross return and $99.99 profit because it internally rounds the decimal price to 1.909. Exact arithmetic gives $210 gross return and $100 profit.

The one-cent difference is a display-calculation effect, not an operator fee. Gross return includes the stake; profit excludes it. The converter converts prices and amounts—it does not predict outcomes or audit a sportsbook’s margin across its markets.

What records, safeguards and tax obligations matter?

Keep your own financial and betting records, set an entertainment budget you can afford to lose, and seek help if gambling stops being manageable. Neither a bonus nor a delayed withdrawal is a reason to chase losses.

Retain deposits, bets, bonus terms, withdrawals and fees in a private record. Preserve evidence without publicly posting identity documents, full card details or account credentials.

Section 5.13 of the BetUS terms describes self-exclusion by contacting the operator and a block of at least seven days. That is not equivalent to participation in a local or national self-exclusion register. Do not circumvent a block with another account or access method. You can use our gambling self-check and find help through the National Council on Problem Gambling.

For US taxpayers, the IRS gambling-income guidance says winnings are reportable even when no reporting form is received. Keep your own records and check the guidance for the relevant tax year, including any rules on deducting losses, rather than assuming an offshore account removes reporting obligations. For Russian Federation residents, tax treatment depends on tax residence and applicable law; seek advice for your circumstances.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

The official FAQ says there is no downloadable app and that app-store apps are not associated with BetUS, while its mobile page uses app branding. Follow the FAQ’s browser-access guidance: use the official domain rather than an unofficial app, APK, mirror or VPN workaround.

No. Complaints are allegations, and ratings do not establish a nonpayment rate without verified outcomes and a reliable denominator. They can identify questions worth investigating, but they cannot replace your account records, the applicable terms or regulator evidence.

No. It leaves current licensing status uncertain. Operating history, an operator’s licence references and authorization in your location are separate questions; none should be treated as a substitute for the others.

No such nationwide availability is established. BetUS terms restrict welcome packages to certain US states without supplying a complete list in the cited provision. Confirm actual residence, local eligibility and the specific offer before considering a deposit.
